Sweet Tooth Baker Sydney was founded by Tina, a lawyer turned baker who swapped contracts for cookie cutters and never looked back. What began as a creative outlet during maternity leave quickly became a full-time love affair with fondant, design and celebrating life’s sweetest moments.
Specialising in custom fondant sugar cookies, bonboneries and sweet favours, Sweet Tooth Baker Sydney creates thoughtful, handmade pieces for baby arrivals, weddings, engagements, birthdays and events worth remembering. Every order is baked fresh in Greystanes, Sydney, designed with care and made to be admired, and devoured.

Where It All Began
Feeling like I needed a creative outlet during maternity leave, I originally wanted to bake cakes. I quickly realised I wasn't creative enough (I know, that sounds weird). Cookies were the next medium I fell in love with. How easy you could make a simple round cookies into something personalised, a memory in edible art form. That's where Sweet Tooth Baker Sydney was born! I guess you can say it's my first baby (shh, don't let me children hear me say that).
If you were there from the start, you would know I was baking from our house in Wedderburn, a beautiful suburb with a country feel, just far away from Campbelltown to give the impression we were in the sticks. Trust me, we were - there was only one street in and out of the suburb and we got flooded in once, no electricity for three days, it was....fun to say that least. We were deep into Covid as well and I couldn't deal with the fact that my 5km radius was still bushland. We then made the move back to suburbia, in the hustle and bustle of Guildford. And the rest is history I suppose!
