At Sweet Tooth Baker Sydney (“STB Sydney”, “we”, “us”), all of our cookies are handmade to order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, all cookies are custom-made and perishable goods. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled 5 days or more before the scheduled collection or delivery date may be eligible for a refund, excluding any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Orders cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled collection or delivery date are non-refundable.

Once an order has entered production, no refunds will be provided.
Changes to Orders

Requests to change an order must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.

All changes are subject to availability and approval.

Approved changes may incur additional charges, which must be paid before the order is fulfilled.

We are unable to accommodate changes once production has commenced.
Postponements

One postponement is permitted per order, subject to availability.

A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required.

The new collection or delivery date must be within 12 months of the original date.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in the order being treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery.

If your order is incorrect or damaged due to our error, you must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

Where an issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

We do not accept responsibility for damage once the order has been collected or for damage caused by incorrect storage or handling.
Storage Responsibility
Cookies must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight and must not be refrigerated. We are not responsible for damage or quality issues resulting from improper storage.
Allergies & Dietary Disclaimer
We are not an allergy-free bakery. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions.
Force Majeure
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or supplier disruptions, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued. Store credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, remedies will be provided in accordance with those rights.
