  • Production timelines vary depending on order size, design complexity, and seasonal demand.

  • Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.


Delivery & Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping and delivery dates selected at checkout are estimated only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, traffic, or events outside our control.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.


Shipping Methods

  • Shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier service for your order.

  • Signature on delivery may be required at our discretion.


Incorrect Address Details

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Any re-shipping fees incurred due to incorrect details will be the responsibility of the customer.


Damage During Transit

  • We do not recommend shipping cookies during extreme heat unless expressly approved.

  • No refunds will be issued for damage caused by delays, heat exposure, or handling by the courier.


Local Pickup Orders

  • Where local pickup is selected, collection details will be provided once your order is ready.

  • Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe.

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once collected.


Delivery Failure or Delays

  • We are not liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or missed delivery windows caused by:

    • Courier delays

    • Incorrect address information

    • Recipient unavailability

    • Force majeure events

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be provided.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, courier strikes, or supplier disruptions.

Where fulfilment becomes impossible, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
