How long does shipping take?
We use AusPost and prefer express shipping. Shipping usually takes 1-2 days. Please note, shipping dates may vary due to public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to in the near future!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Any issues should be discussed with us directly so we can best manage your expectations.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Every item is custom made and cannot be exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Unfortunately we are not liable for any damage caused by couriers or third parties.

Are your cookies allergen friendly?
Yes! When ordering, please specify if you'd like gluten free, egg free or dairy free cookies. We currently do not make vegan cookies however, we are working on mastering a recipe so we can create vegan cookies in the future!
Please note, our kitchen is not allergen free. There may be traces of nuts, eggs, gluten, dairy, sesame and shellfish. Please order with caution :)
