Lunar New Year Cookies

新年快乐 (xin nian kuai le) 恭喜发财 (gong xi fa cai)!

Welcome the New Year with your own edible red pockets! A crowd pleaser and definitely a win with all the aunties.

Ingredients: Unsalted butter, caster sugar, vanilla extract, free-range eggs, cornflour, plain flour and fondant.
Shelf life: 4–6 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place.
