Mother’s Day Cookies

Mum said "don't get me anything". She lied. Give her a gift she will love to receive and eat.

Ingredients: Unsalted butter, caster sugar, vanilla extract, free-range eggs, cornflour, plain flour and fondant.
Shelf life: 4–6 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place.
